A complex of Fruit Vitamins

Abstract

The Philippines, like many other Asian Countries, supplies a very large quantity of natural organic fruits that are NON GMOs. Unfortunately, these fruits are often abandoned because they cannot be transported in conditions that they will be conserved. A large proportion of the local population is also suffering from lack of jobs. Our project consists in supplying a simple kind of work, not onerous in infrastructures, that will permit these populations to receive a salary that will allow them to be living with their families.

Micronization of Lyophilized Fruits in order to Extract Peptides Complex of Fruit Vitamins NON GMO

To come-up with the high quality powdered organic fruits in the Philippines, all factors must be considered and evaluated, such as:

1) Year-round supply of certified organic fruits;

2) Chosen workers starting from buying stations down to the processing plants;

3) Land transport services providers;

4) An organization for export;

5) A quality process for lyophilizing and micronizing at low temperatures;

6) Location of farms and processing plant;

7) Administration;

8) Management.

Year-round Supply of Certified Organic Fruits Though Contract-Growers

The Company insured its access to a production of certified organic fruits. Contractors have their respective options as to means in providing to the Company the volume as stipulated in their respective contract. Table No. 1 is the list of fruits commonly seen in the Philippines. Figure 1 reflects the flow of certified organic fruits (SEE Fig. 1).

Where:

  • Rural Workers Association (RWA)- a self-help organization registered at the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), which could be one of the Sub-Contract Growers and/or Labor Contractor

  • Joint Venture Project- any Joint Venture Project between the Contract-Grower and other government-registered organizations, such as:

  • Cooperatives

  • Non-Profit Organizations

  • Corporations

  • Individuals

  • Other Entity- any individual, cooperative, non-profit organization, corporation who would independently serve as a sub-contract grower of a Contract-Grower

The Company shall provide both the financing and agriculture-related technology to the Contract-Grower and to their respective Sub-Contract-Growers. Each Contract-Grower’s contract-volume is about Eighty Percent (80%) of their projected minimum capacity with the Twenty Percent (20%) as the protective allowance for any untoward situations.

Additionally, to assist Contract–Grower’s and their respective Sub-Contract-Growers, the Company should have the access to their respective farms for assessments and monitoring.

The Company and Contract-Growers and their respective Sub-Contract-Growers must have strong working relationship.

Reliable Workers all from Buying Stations of Certified Organic Fruits down to the Processing Plant Operation

The pickers of fruits, workers involved in the loading and unloading, and employees of the processing plants are essential in the production of high quality freeze-fried and powdered organic fruits.

Since the laws of the Philippines stipulate that business operations, i.e. manufacturing, construction, development, should hire workers from the barangay where the business is located. The same Rural Workers Associations (RWAs), therefore, could also be outsourced as workers when needed. The same provision of the law is applicable in the hiring of laborers at the processing plant. However, technical positions are only for the qualified ones.

Reliable Land Transportations from the Point of Origin to the Point of Designations

Outsourcing of reliable Transport Services Providers is for the greater freedom of the Company in transporting organic fruits. If one transport vehicle could not make it through the entire distance, another unit of the Provider will take over. And if one Provider has no more available unit, another Provider could take the task upon the order of the Company. And, the same outsourcing of Transport Services Provider is cost effective for the Company for she would have no Maintenance Cost.

Reliable Sea and Air Transport Couriers

Transporting of fruits from Luzon and Visayas should have outsourced Land Transport Services Providers from the Fruit Buying Stations as Point of Origin to the designated seaports and or airports. Reliable Sea and Air Couriers are essential to the whole operation of transporting the fruits.

A quality Lyophilizing and Micronizing Process at Low Temperatures

Since Freeze-Drying and Micronization Processes are needed for the production of very fine powdered fruit, it is therefore necessary to guarantee the stability of all organoleptic qualities for the productions of that fine organic an NON GMO original powder.

The scientific people of the Academy of the Foundation bring their support and the technical knowledge in order for the company to produce the best quality product.

There shall be Three Stages of the implementation of the Project, such as:

Stage 1: Production of Powdered Organic Fruits with fresh organic fruits from Mindanao

Stage 2: Production of Powdered Organic Fruits with fresh organic fruits from Mindanao and Visayas

Stage 3: Production of Powdered Organic Fruits with fresh organic fruits from Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon

Location of Organic Farms and Processing Plant

Locations of all Organic Farms, Freeze-Drying and Micronization Processing Plant must be at elevations secured from the effects of Climate Change. Also, processing plant shall be at the vicinity of Lumbia Airport, Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City, which is more or less some One Hundred Eighty Three meters (183m) above sea level.

Administration

Administration is based on the Corporate Governance Manual and is premised on the Corporation Code of the Philippines (SEE Fig. 2)

Management: (See Figure 3).

Conclusion:

The Philippines, like many other Asian Countries, supply a very large quantity of natural organic fruits that are NON GMOs. Unfortunately, these fruits are often abandoned because they cannot be transported in conditions that they will be conserved. A large population of the local population is also suffering from lack of jobs. Our project consists in supplying a simple kind of work, not onerous in infrastructures, that will permit these populations to receive a salary that will allow them to be living with their families.

This lyophilized fruit powder, contains a very large quantity of vitamins and peptides that are directly available to the organism. This production will be sold through various networks of distribution, since today’s world is lacking quality vitamin product at an affordable price.

We will condition these lyophilized fruit peptides in pots of 500 grams up to 5 kilograms, in order to supply international organizations, and the Foundation for Refugees, as well as those organizations that are protecting children.
